Are You Ready to Vote? 7 Feb 2023 The UK government requires voters to show photographic ID at polling stations for the local elections on 4 May

A poll will be held on 4 May for election of ONE District Councillor for the Eynsham and Cassington Ward; and for all 15 seats on Eynsham Parish Council.

Are you registered to vote?

Once you're registered, the District Council has details and advice on photo ID. Accepted forms include...

  • a UK, European Economic Area (EEA) or Commonwealth passport
  • a UK or EEA drivers’ licence
  • some concessionary travel passes, such as an older person’s bus pass.

You can still use photo ID that's out of date, as long as it looks like you and the name is the one you used to register to vote. Alternatively...

A 'Voter Authority Certificate' is free and has no expiry date.

Apply online by Wednesday 25 April with a recent, digital photo and your National Insurance number.
