"We’re sorry if your water wasn't flowing as normal this morning. We're on site of a burst water pipe on Oxford Road. Our teams have now rerouted water around the pipes, and water should now have returned to your taps.
"We'll still be working in the area to fix the broken water pipe, so you may see us around the area still..
"We know how disruptive it is if you lose your water supply, so we work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can.
