The site owners propose (1) a phased development of 15,200m2 of new, flexible R&D units; and (2) demolition / redevelopment of the existing Lentus buildings - as explained in their consultation last November / December:
‘We are preparing new plans to create additional employment space on the park to allow the existing businesses to grow and to attract new enterprises to the area.’
