Our Community Action Plan was developed by the Low Carbon Hub and GreenTEA, with help from West Oxfordshire District Council and some of our Parish Councillors; it covers several local parishes. It is part of Project LEO (Local Energy Oxfordshire), a national innovation project. It is the first of its kind and will help other areas develop their own plans.
