Lentus Composites is pleased to announce the recent award of a “Driving the Electric Revolution” a grant to help develop the supply chain and vertically integrate the capability to manufacture high speed rotors and motor components for the growing electric vehicle sector.
For many years, Lentus has designed and developed composites for magnet retention sleeving for high speed, high performance electrical motors and Generators.
Lentus has moved into the full manufacture of the rotors including the composite sleeves and the metallic elements, this is expanding into magnet machining and rotor balancing to allow the increasing demand for these parts to be satisfied.
