I use the transformative power of Somatic Embodiment Therapy, we work with the body and mind together, at a profound level.

My role is to support and empower you to step into who you want to be! As you start to feel your true values more fully, you'll start to experience a more enriched and fulfilling life and new possibilities will arise.

I am certified in UZAZU Embodied Intelligence and Woman Centred Coaching. I use a range of skills and adapt my approach between coaching and deeper therapeutic techniques, dependant on what the moment needs. Central to all my work is cultivating a positive and supportive connection with you. This shared trust and respect forms the foundation of our collaborative journey, creating an environment in which you feel comfortable, supported and confident in our partnership.

I believe every individual has the capacity within them to overcome their difficulties and heal, given the right support, guidance and compassion. Self empowerment is the most effective way to make sustained progress on your journey. My passion is to help you connect with your truest, most heartfelt-self, empowering you to 'be yourself'
