Emily provides an inclusive space that aims to support you in the way you need to get more from your life, build confidence, self-compassion, emotional resilence and connection to yourself. 

The yoga classes start with an opening settling, where you will be encouraged to arrive in the space exactly as you are. There is then the invitation to move how your body wants, with guided options for stiffer, restricted or injuried bodies. Moving into stillness to close the class together, integrating the tiny sprinkles of yoga philosphy for the modern world.
