Jessie’s Art Shed has been successfully running after school art clubs, school day workshops, art workshops, individual art lessons and art parties from its previous base in Standlake and now Eynsham for the last four years.
I started this in 2015, and now with the help of an experienced and enthusiastic team, I believe that art is not only a set of skills but more importantly a way of thinking that has the power to help children and adults develop their self-confidence and self-belief. I have also had the privilege of working with people with additional needs and from a disadvantaged background and believe art is a wonderful way of helping anyone to express their emotions. Having the freedom to be creative is very powerful!
