Eynsham Village Hall

This well-appointed community centre is available for away days, celebrations, concerts, exhibitions and seminars - and regular bookings too. Facilities include a generous stage and sound system; a walled, shaded outdoor area; and wi-fi throughout.

• The Main Hall seats 200 people and The Small Hall (bookable separately) seats 72; tables and chairs are provided.
• The kitchen boasts a full commercial cooker, with six large gas burners on the hob, a fridge plus crockery & cutlery. There are service hatches to both Halls.
• The free central car park directly opposite is recommended, as on-site parking is limited to deliveries, etc.

Operated by a separate Management Committee on a 21-year lease from the Parish Council until June 2023.

Booking Charges for the Village Hall 2024

1. A 5% discount is applied for Regular Hirers when booking 10 or more sessions covering a 12 month period, payable in two instalments in advance (ordinarily in April and September/October).
2. When consecutive hire in one period is booked for 6 or more hours, a 50% discount is applied from (and including) the 7th hour onwards.
