A new AAP examination page includes the collated responses and a schedule of supporting documents and technical evidence. The viability assessment is especially worth reading for its preliminary S106 assumptions (pages 103-105), with a total £96,925,017 to be spread over four phases as housing buildout progresses. You may find it helpful to compare these draft allocations with the Parish Council’s S106 submission for this site. S106 ‘developer obligations’ are focused on site-specific mitigation of the impact of development - read more.
