Teaching weekly in St Leonard’s Hall offering accessible and welcoming yoga classes always with an element of mindfulness and relaxation.
My classes are open to all abilities, gender, faith, sexuality, shape and size. You just need a yoga mat and a blanket for relaxation, all of which I can help you with if you are new to yoga.
In my classes we will work on finding balance and stability, releasing tension, improving mobility, reducing pain, building strength and increasing breath awareness.
Classes run term time only every Wednesday 7-8:30pm. Please contact me if you’d like to come along for a taster class; and then enrolment is by term at £8 per class.
