I offer yoga classes both in Eynsham and in Witney and 1:1 yoga sessions in your home. I also integrate yoga into my work as a physio using the past 30 years working with people with rehabilitation needs to improve their quality of life and function. I am passionate about yoga and love the way that it is so multidimensional. It is a wonderful way to keep fit and healthy with poses, mindful meditation, deep relaxation, and ancient wisdom to guide our paths to healthy and right living and more understanding and connection with our own divinity, consciousness and love. 

Yoga offers a unique system of aligned movements and deep philosophy based on ancient knowledge which can help to not only make you feel better in your body but also in your heart and mind.

Yoga can allow you to free your body and gradually start to change your mindset and the way you live your life, changing both on the outside and inside, feeling happier, healthier and more at peace with yourself and the world around you. Yoga is not a religion but more a science of life's secrets which are here to be discovered.

I also love nature and try to practice outside when I can. I lead Forest Bathing classes locally and co-led two workshops at the Oxford Botanic Garden at Harcourt Arboretum in 2022.

We can find a joy within ourselves and a beauty everywhere and develop a profound gratitude to everything in life. I am still very much a student of yoga too and will undoubtedly be on this path till my passing to the next life and beyond possibly!

I have been a physiotherapist working with people in their own homes for over 30 years, both privately and in the NHS. More recently, I have been managing team of therapists working with more senior patients mainly in both the local community and at the JR.

I have worked with many people with disabilities, traumas and illnesses of many types and severities, such as strokes, MS, falls, frailty, fractures bones and joint replacements. We have worked together to achieve their goals with rehabilitation to improve their lives as much as possible and restore maximum ability or in some cases, maintain or give assistance to those who are loosing their physical abilities.

I am now combining my experience of physio and working with bodies and health with that of my passion for yoga for a holistic approach to health and fitness.
