West Oxfordshire District Council has produced a handy guide to street parties over Queen’s Platinum Jubilee weekend 2 to 5 June, including food safety, risk assessment and Covid precautions.
If you would like to close a road, you must apply by 31 March - there is no fee. Download the application form.
Only minor residential roads will be considered and advance consultation should cover the entire stretch of road involved. You will be responsible for the provision & erection of diversion signs and insurance.
If you plan to sell alcohol, you need to apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) 10 working days before the date/s – cost £21. Your TEN will cover an entire weekend.
