Eynsham Beavers just finished their Spring Term, with the Beavers working on their Gardener badges, including planting potatoes.
That brought us round in a circle, because planting potatoes (remotely) was one of the activities we did in the first lockdown.
It's been a strange year since then for Beavers, as it has for us all. But at our last meeting of term we were also able to congratulate Alex on his award of the Chief Scout's Bronze, and say farewell to Samuel, Oliver and Jacob, who are moving onwards an upwards from the Beavers Section of Scouting. So, thinking back to March 2020 -- when we wondered how on earth we'd keep Beavers going at all -- we've not done too badly.
