You are invited to the Annual Parish Meeting for Eynsham on Tuesday 4th March 2025 from 7.30pm at the Village Hall, under the Chairmanship of Cllr Ross Macken, Chairman, Eynsham Parish Council.

• To approve the minutes from the 2024 Annual Parish Meeting, 5th March.
• To receive an update from the Chairman
• Closing remarks and thanks

The evening will continue with information stands and networking opportunities with local organisations and representatives.

Wine and nibbles will also be served.

The parish meeting may, by law, discuss all parish affairs and pass resolutions about them. Members of the public are welcome, but only residents on the electoral roll can vote.
