This class is designed to soothe the soul, offering space to ground and re-energise; settling the restless mind whilst exploring movement through the body.
Beginner friendly, welcoming and joyful atmosphere open to everybody.
We will build from the ground up, strengthening and warming, flow through a standing sequence to open up the body, then return to the floor to soften and relax.
Offering options and variations so that you can adapt your practice and work at your own level and pace.
