Ninety minutes of deep rest for your Sunday.

Sound meditations start with the option to find a reclined or seated rest position. A guided meditation to settle, leads into the sounds of a variety of instruments, including metal Tibetan Bowls, Crystal singing bowls, gongs, rattles, chimes and the voice. There is also the chance to share hearbal tea and community connection. 

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and layers. Herbal Tea will be available on arrival, please bring a reusable mug.
