Hedgelaying for Beginners 8 Feb 2022 10:00 - 16:00 at Long Mead Learn the rural craft of hedgelaying with an experienced local hedgelayer Toby Swift, Countryside and Reserves Manager at the Wychwood Forest Trust. You don't need any experience, and all tools and equipment will be provided. During the day you will learn in a small group how to prepare and lay a hedge, along with tool use, staking and binding. Please bring gloves if you have them, stout boots and suitable clothes. Hot drinks will be provided but bring your own lunch.
