Oxfordshire County Council Cabinet meets on 24 May to review responses to last year’s consultation and their officers’ recommendations.
In addition to the new Eynsham Park & Ride and eastbound bus lane - which are funded and being planned - officers recommend a dual carriageway from Witney to the P&R, plus a westbound bus lane from Dukes Cut canal bridge to the Eynsham P&R.
This long term plan is estimated at £54m and has no funding yet.
