You will have a very warm welcome at our Zumba Gold class in Eynsham. Aimed at the older adult or beginners to Zumba or those that prefer a lower impact based class. We dance to Latin American and world rhythms which are uplifting and fun. The class helps balance, coordination and mobility. Come and join the fun! Why not come and try? Each class is £5.
