Bartholomew Players – please join us!
Fancy acting with one of Oxfordshire’s leading amateur dramatics groups? We are looking for new talent to join our friendly group. Past experience is valuable but not essential.
We are particularly keen to attract men in their 20’s, 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, but everyone is welcome. If we can boost these demographics within our membership, a big raft of new plays becomes available for us to perform.
After our latest production – the cold war drama Pack of Lies in mid-May – we shall be meeting informally in the function room of the Red Lion at 7.30pm every Wednesday until the end of June to read plays. This will enable us to assess potential plays and cast for our autumn production, which will be staged in the village hall 27th-30th November.
