An Eynsham-based circle of writers that first met to celebrate the centenary of the  Peace Oak in 2019, and have continued ever since, writing and talking about poetry.  They have created our own Eynsham-grown voice play including a cornucopia of people and places that are a loving soundscape of village life.  Their inspiration has been Under Milk Wood, Dylan Thomas’s day in the 1954 life of a Welsh village, though our village sits Under Wytham Wood in 2024.  They will perform a 'rehearsed reading'  in the Music Room to include candlelit refreshments as the last summer daylight fades.  Free entry with donations to the Eynsham Good Neighbour network at the door.
