I’m really excited about offering these classes outside here in Eynsham! 

You can enjoy the proven benefits of being in Nature under the beautiful Peace Oak in the Orchard, such as boosting the immune system and experiencing deep relaxation. 

Breath in the fresh air from the trees whilst stretching the body, engaging the senses to energise the body and mind and connecting with your inner stillness. 

The class will be gentle with aligned movements and options for those new to yoga. We will also do some meditation and relaxation so you will feel calm and refreshed with a smile on your face!
