DESCRIPTION:Coming together in community to connect with the cyclical nature of the seasons of the British Isles, to connect with each other in community, and to connect inwards to our own cycles. We meet on or around each Sabbat (festival) of the Wheel of the Year. Honouring and working with the rise and fall, ebb and flow, peaks and troughs of the year, and of ourselves.\n\nEach circle will open with an opportunity to share your thoughts with each other. We will then practise together based on the particular energies of the season, or traditions of each celebration. This could be gentle movement practice, breathwork, chant and song, journaling, sound meditation, drumming, dance. Each time we meet the practice will be slightly different. We close the space with a short reflection on anything that may have come up for you during the practice. Sharing is optional, and you may wish to simply come and enjoy listening to others.\n\nThere are eight Sabbats, and fortuitously, these fall on or around a Friday evening in 2026. We meet on the below Fridays, 7:00 - 8:30 pm at The Music Room, Eynham. From 8:30 -9pm is a space for open connection and tea.\n\n \n\nThe cost for each circle is £20-25, with a 20% discount applied if you wish to book all eight circles in advance - - already making the commitment to get more for you in 2026.
