DESCRIPTION:This class is designed to soothe the soul, offering space to ground and re-energise; settling the restless mind whilst exploring movement through the body.\n\nBeginner friendly, welcoming and joyful atmosphere open to everybody.\n\nWe will build from the ground up, strengthening and warming, flow through a standing sequence to open up the body, then return to the floor to soften and relax. \n\nOffering options and variations so that you can adapt your practice and work at your own level and pace.\n\nPlease book in advance as spaces are limited. \n\nBook here or via email.\n\nPrice is £12 per class or £50 for a 5 Class Pass.
